Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Stakly you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Description of service

Stakly is a productivity application that provides task management, note-taking, and calendar functionality. We offer a free plan with limited features and paid plans with expanded capabilities.

User accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Stakly
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• One free trial per person — creating multiple accounts to get extra trials is prohibited
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Stakly to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or extract data from the service without permission
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial system
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Your content

You own all content you create in Stakly — your tasks, notes, events, and projects. We do not claim ownership over your content.

By using Stakly you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You can export or delete your content at any time from the Settings page.

Free trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial with access to all features. After the trial ends, your account moves to the free plan with limited storage. No credit card is required for the trial.

Attempting to create multiple accounts to receive additional free trials is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

Paid plans

Paid plans are not currently available. When paid plans launch:

• Subscriptions will be billed monthly or annually
• You can cancel at any time
• Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Service availability

We aim to keep Stakly available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.

Disclaimer of warranties

Stakly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

We are not responsible for any loss of data. We strongly recommend exporting your data regularly using the Settings page.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stakly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of Stakly after changes means you accept the new terms.
